Seamless underwear knitting machine can freely knit various mixed weave patterns such as tuck stitch, mesh, float stitch, plating stitch, terry and twill. Raw materials including cotton yarn, blended yarn, bare spandex, chemical filament and elastic yarn are integrally high-speed weft-knitted and shaped under computer program control. It is widely applied in knitted apparel fields such as underwear, panties, bras, swimwear, yoga wear and sportswear.

Function Overview:

① Yarn storage feeder: Delivers yarn with constant tension, automatically detects and alarms upon abnormal yarn feeding.

② Elastic yarn feeder: Automatically adjusts and delivers elastic yarn with constant tension as set for different fabric sections.

③ Photoelectric sensing controller: Real-time monitoring of yarn feeding status, alarms and stops the machine in case of abnormalities.

④ Bare spandex feeder: Delivers bare spandex with preset tension synchronously with machine speed to realize accurate synchronous yarn feeding.

⑤ Servo motor: The servo controller adjusts motor speed via pulses to achieve stable and precise cylinder rotation speed.

⑥ Stepping motor: Adopts closed-loop pulse control to precisely adjust loop density of each fabric section.
