It is a national key high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of various types of sock machines and horizontal machines, integrating research and development, production, sales, and service. It is one of the world's largest suppliers of intelligent sock machines. The company is located in the beautiful hometown of Xishi, Zhuji Economic Development Zone, with a factory area of more than 40 acres and total assets of 500 million yuan. It currently has about 350 employees, including 10 senior engineers and more than 40 scientific researchers. The company's main products include: fully automatic knitting/sewing/flipping single needle cylinder, double needle cylinder intelligent integrated machine double needle cylinder sock machine, fully computerized 6F, 7F various specifications of wool loops, wool loops, flat sock machines and shoe upper sock machines, 4-5 inch jacquard silk sock machines, circle shifting machines, 4D fly weaving shoe upper, jacquard collar, flipping needle jacquard collar horizontal machine, one line forming computerized horizontal machine seamless underwear machine and other models. The product, with superior mechanical performance and high-quality after-sales service, has been widely recognized by customers and is one of the most stable models among similar products in China. The product not only sells well domestically but has also been exported to Europe, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Development History

1999

    The company's predecessor, Zhuji Datang Weihuan Needle Spinning Machinery Factory, was established in 1999 and is located in Yuwang Village, Datang Town. It began manufacturing 503A, small computers, and medium computer sock machines.

2000

    In 2000, the "Weihuan" trademark was officially registered. This marked that the brand obtained independent intellectual property protection under the law and opened a new chapter in the company's branded development. That same year, the company established its core business philosophy of "Prioritize Quality, Build Business with Integrity". The trademark registration laid a solid foundation for its subsequent market expansion and brand development.

2005

    In 2005, Zhuji Weihuan Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded. The company embarked on the R&D and manufacturing of large computerized intelligent sock knitting machines, and gradually built up teams for technical research & development and after-sales service. Weihuan-brand sock knitting machines gained wide market recognition for their reliable quality and thoughtful customer service.

2010

    In 2010, the company relocated to No.15 Lianhe Road, Sandu Town, Zhuji City, with a factory site covering more than 16 mu. The enterprise carried out strategic business adjustment and rolled out diversified market policies. It also began to tap into overseas markets, delivering more professional solutions to customers worldwide.
    Our company is the only drafting participant of the industrial standards for computerized sock knitting machines in Zhuji City.
    At the end of 2010, the company set up a dedicated team for the R&D, production and sales of flat knitting machines, and gradually expanded the flat knitting machine market.
    In 2012, the company was officially renamed Zhejiang Weihuan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.


2017

    On August 17, 2017, the company relocated to No. 32 Wenzhong Road, Chengxi Industrial Zone, Zhuji City, covering a plant area of over 40 mu.

    The production capacity was further upgraded. The company kept increasing investment in research and development to strengthen its R&D capabilities. We strictly implemented the ISO9000 quality management system, actively promoted TQM (Total Quality Management) and 6S on-site management, and adopted the ERP system to build an efficient, data-based and result-oriented corporate management system.


2018

    2018: Took the lead in formulating Zhejiang Group Manufacturing Standard for Computerized Sock Knitting Machines, boosting standardized development of the industry.

    2019: Awarded the "Zhejiang Made" Quality Mark Certification, which proves our products have reached domestically leading and internationally advanced quality standards.


2020

    The company will uphold the national strategy of invigorating China through science and technology. Guided by its corporate vision and the guideline of "Intelligent, Data-driven & High-quality Development", we put people at the center and pursue continuous innovation, building a professional team with craftsmanship. We will keep exploring diversified business models to sustain the rapid, sound and healthy growth of Weihuan Machinery.
